Baker Plumbing & Renovations is an experienced plumbing and renovation company in Duncan and the Cowichan Valley. Our business is currently owned by Phil Baker. Initially, it started as a small one-man operation under the guidance of Ian Baker. In 1989, he started the company in the Cowichan Valley after working as a professional plumber for 10 years. Ian retired from the company in the year 2010, and Phil now owns the company. At first, Ian hired one plumber and presently the company employs seven plumbers and an excavator operator, all with their own vans. Ian’s son, Phil, is included in this bunch.
